Kitchen Cookware

I am looking to get new cookware. Are sets of copper worth the hassle?
I like the All Cop-R-Chef conjunction with coating but I wanted to know more about the maintenance and cleaning. Do you have to be cleaned immediately after use? Any advice? Or should I even with all stainless steel? Thanks!
