How to get melted plastic out of a stainless steel pot?
My daughter was "cooking" dinner the other night, and left a plastic (nylon) cooking utensil in the pot. Then she left the pot on the stove and forget to turn it off. " When I got home, he had been "dormant" in the pot for about 20 to 30 minutes. My new pot is lost? Is there a way to remove melted plastic from the pan without damaging it? I have tried boiling water in it. I thought maybe if I have to heat a backup that would be easier to remove, but unfortunately did not budge. Any idea?
