In most of us, the kitchen can be considered a hobby or an escape. Some even cook as their way of relaxation or some boredom. But be whatever the reason they have, the main reason people cooking is basically to have something ready to eat in your dining room table. Humans have their own basic need which is good for cooking. Without the basic tools, kitchen never be possible. Here is a brief history of cooking utensils, where they came from:

b) Pan

– There are 2 types of pans, but similar functions. Only differs in form and substance. The Windsor and Saucier is very efficient if you want to reduce your sauce. The slanted sides make it very effective and easy to beat. Although it can not be a priority need, this can be added to your cooking utensils for people going over cooking "style" of cooking.

c) Skillet / Frying Pan

– This is a type of cookware should not miss. This pan is a basic necessity in every kitchen. It is very versatile and can be also called "Pan for any purpose."

For those who want to enhance their cooking experience, are also different types of cookware, to be used. These elements serve specific purposes in the kitchen.

d) Stock Pot – The pot is a deep, high-pot ideal for cooking large quantities of potatoes, pasta and even lobster. From the name itself is used to make large amounts of stock.

e) Stir-Fry Pan – the sautéed bread is very popular in Chinese cooking. It has depth, slope sides to allow the food to slide backward and forward. The food is cooked over very high heat, stirring constantly until the food is cooked.

f) Tortilla Pan – This pan is specifically designed to cook tortillas. The size is perfect omelet cooking pan the right amount of tortilla.
