400g pasta 400g chicken breast, sliced 1 small fresh broccoli 250 ml. milkcream 200g cheddar cheese 1 can small sweet corn salt, pepper, curry and olive oil Directions: Season chicken breast slices with salt, pepper and curry and roast in a deep pan of olive oil. Add chopped broccoli and some water. Cover with a lid and cook for 10-15 minutes until the beef and broccoli is soft and water is evaporated. Milkcream of heat to melt the cheese. Season with curry sauce and poured over the beef with broccoli. Add the sweet corn and served with pasta cooked.
