Milk Frothing Pitcher

milk froth or steam problem?
Espresso machine in my house, I would like Cappuccino / Lattes of white floors, etc. When my steam milk, the end result is a very thick milk foam, maybe 1 / 2 inch thick, but is only just below normal milk hot liquid. When released milk in the jug on the coffee It Just Comes out the most complete liquid milk, then the remaining 10% seems like a mass of foam mass. makes the coffee look good at first, but once you use a spoon to collect all the foam lunch, coffee plunger coffee seemed only a little milk: (Anyone else has this problem and how you can solve this problem? Thanks
Steamed milk is better to teach skills in person. If you have a friend who does good steamed milk, once again ask the coach-in-one. Pay attention to what sounds * like when the milk is steamed properly. There is a saying: A blind man can steam milk, but not dull. There is really a very special when the stick is just the right depth and milk and air are mixed while cooking steam milk. Equipment and supplies can also be a problem. If possible, use whole milk but the fresher the better. (You seem to Australia, where the "white plane "is the term for what the Italians call a latte macchiato and the Americans call a latte, I fear, I do not know what kind of milk are available.) A bell fitness steam pitcher works best. And your espresso machine should be up. If the machine can not produce enough steam, in any part. Have your trainer friend in * your * team to help evaluate this too — If your friend does well with his own team can not get good results with it, then you know you need to fix something.

I always heard about problems with the steam account. Some account get even hijacked? Do you still think it is wise to get a steam account, I am usually to lazy to get a game in a store, so I would prefere to download them. Or are there any other options.
