Frying Fry Pan
How to grill chicken in each pan or baking?
I have 1.6 kg of chicken breasts that I love to cook now, and every dish I have for this convocation week of chicken on the grill. Can I bake (at what temperature?) Or is it better to put them in a pan?
I assume that if no grated wants chicken recipes to use and really wanted "chicken breasts grilled" Overall, it would get even more flavor and a slight smoky flavor cooking in a pan with some oil on the stove to bake them only. You can "finish in the oven" after browned on both sides of the tray if you really hot even for the last minutes of cooking (as long as your pan is oven safe of course). If you cook them though, you probably want cook no more than about 17 minutes to 375 unless the breasts are very thick, and to prevent it from becoming too dry on the surface, you might want to cover with a little oil or rub or dry marinated first. (The breasts of the chicken protein are very sensitive to fairly easily get cooked and taste "dry.")
