Clean enameled cast iron?

I am looking for tips for cleaning a mess black and burned in a cast iron pot emameled. Suggestions?

First you try to put some water there and let it boil for a while to loosen up all that dirt is there and then one of those pills you are and scrub with it. when all laundry is done as you would normally dry wash and make sure the pot quickly, as it oxidizes, so to prevent oxidation after dry rub pan put some oil to cook every Oner inside of the pan to keep lubricated.
