How deep fry battered foods?

Hello, I recently bought a deep fryer and am having many problems with food to battered. I tried to make battered onion rings and pickles, but the problem is that everything sticks to the basket and then pulls the breading off. I have the temperature at 375 degrees and tried to place food in the basket and then immersed in the oil and I also tried to keep the basket in the oil and then drop the food in. Any advice on how to make this work? Thank you.

what you have to do is to not use heat oil basket at the correct temperature the food is immersed to be coated is placed in the flour in the dough and place in fryer oil from the food they begin to float to the surface simply remove when cooked through and put on paper towel to remove excess oil. problem with the baskets is the time to cook food in homemade mixture is that it's gross when you put the food in the oil and the rest sinks into the basket so that when cooked it becomes attached to the basket hope this has helped
