Cast Iron Pre
Portuguese sausage W / some preservatives?
I bought a couple of these frozen a few weeks ago, but left them out overnight. Mornings have been high, but not so hot, room temperature, about 12 hours later. I think these are pre-cooked, but the pork part that worries me. Han been sitting in the fridge because my roommate says they are still edible. I say only if you have a stomach of cast iron.
If you were out for just one night and then refrigerated it will be fine. Check for an expiration date, not a taste test.
