All Clad Stainless

All Clad Stainless
Which is better or cookware hard anodized stainless steel?

I am an amateur chef who loves to cook homemade meals every Hardy Once I get the chance. I've been doing research on different types and brands of cookware and see who can get a little expensive. I have no Cuba money to spend, so the price is a big concern for me. One day I happened to have ran by All-Clad Emerilware on HSN (I love Emeril and Use of seeing your live show when I was at the Food Network). I see that w hard anodized and stainless steel, both Emerilware's / copper aluminum base 10 piece sets are the same price (which happens to be in my price range), I thought that was unknown in the kitchenware market. So I was wondering, do you think would a better fit as an amateur cook like me who likes to cook homemade meals Hardy (BTW, you use an oven), why and what are its benefits different (other than being hard anodized scratch resistant)?

Personally I prefer anodized pans because they do not stick the same way steel steel and are easy to clean. I have used for several years and nothing else.I use stainless steel used in the past, but the food sticks to them and they are more difficult to clean.
